Space One VS. Space One Pro
My review is specifically comparing the Space One vs Space One Pro. I am posting the same review on both. Short version: I returned the Space One Pro and I am keeping the Space One. Space One Pro advantages: + folds (slightly) smaller. The difference in folded size between the two was much less than I expected. See photo for a comparison of folded sizes. + better seal around earcups resulting in mildly but noticeably better noise canceling. ANC itself seems similar on both, maybe somewhat better on the pro’s but it seems like much of the improvement actually comes from the tighter earcup seal and not ANC. Space One Advantages: + Feel sturdier + Higher quality carrying bag + Holds onto my head better, the Pro’s would slide off the back of my head anytime I was laying down, even when mostly still (ie while benching at the gym) + Half the price + Has Auto Play / Pause when removing from your head (I was surprised to discover that the Pro’s are not equipped with this!) Unfortunately I recently had my AirPods Max stolen, I had them for years and LOVED them. I’m not currently in the financial position to replace those so in the meantime after some research I settled on buying some Anker headphones. I ordered both during prime day, with the intention to test each and pick one. I was expecting to be debating if doubling the price was justified for the Pro’s, but I was surprised to find that in a few key areas I actually prefer the regular space one. Let’s start with audio quality: both are good but not amazing. They both have a lot of bass, if you’ve ever used old beats headphones they’re similar to that. Which for my needs is good. I actually think the non-pro’s have somewhat better sound, it just seems clearer and more detailed. The pro’s are excessively bass heavy, to the point of sounding muddy and annoying. And I’m usually a “bass boost” EQ type of guy but not on those, on the pro’s I found “treble boost” to be the best as it helped make the bass “cleaner”. As far as ANC, these are no AirPods Max, but I expected that. They’re both decent, they’re good at canceling airplane noise which is the main thing I need ANC for. I had a pair of flagship Sony’s 5-6 years ago and they’re about equivalent to that, although the Sony’s would always give me a headache from the ANC after a while and I haven’t noticed that on these. The pros do seem to block out more noise but it’s not a double the price difference. Fit & finish is, well, cheap AF on both. Honestly, at either of these price points, and ESPECIALLY for the pros, the public-library-headphones quality isn’t ideal. It’s all cheap feeling plastic and sticky sweaty pleather. They could’ve at least tried a little harder to make the fake metal look more metal-like. This cheap feeling is exaggerated on the pro’s because of the folding mechanism, since the earcups can swing around freely in so many directions it just adds to the flimsy feeling. At the $200 price point of the pro’s there really should be some metal involved somewhere. Anker take note: I would happily pay $10-$15 more for these exact same headphones made with some sturdy metal parts, a much higher quality appearance and some nice AirPods Max style fabric earcups. Both are comfortable, I found the pro’s to get sweaty faster around the earcups, I’m thinking this is because they seem to seal a bit better. My main problem with the pro’s was how loosely they hold onto your head, I think it must be related to the folding mechanism but I found them annoyingly and frequently sliding off at the gym. The non-pros are better but still not all that great, I wouldn’t take either headphones running but for my needs (strength training, around the office, while traveling) they’re good enough. Of course they’re nowhere near the comfort of my old AirPods Max but I suppose anyone reading this review isn’t in AirPods Max budget like myself, but if you are, go buy those. Other things: the pro’s do not have a sensor to detect if you have removed them from your ears. The non-pro’s do have this and they stop and start playing reasonably well in my experience. They both come with a little carrying bag, the non-pro’s bag is made from a quality feeling canvas type fabric while the pro’s come with a cheaper feeling pleather bag. Battery life and charging speed on both is excellent to the point that it’s not even worth comparing, I was always surprised that they still had so much charge left. Overall I think the Space One non-pro is a great value, especially at the prime day price I paid. The pro’s baffled me as in many ways they’re worse, and actually even if these were both exactly the same price the poor fit and lack of wear detection sensor would still push me to go with the non-pros.

    I just want to say Wao. Soundcor by Anker are and will always be my first choice. To start with the battery live, yo can use it 3-6 time before recharge them. They are truly comfortable, you are going to forget that you are wearing headphones because of its light weight and comfort. They are always easy to use and the sound quality? the sound quality is the best. Talking from my experience, I had a beats headphones in the past, and the sound quality of this ones is pretty much the same. Also, the mic quality is good. The connectivity won't fail you, it keeps the connection in a good range. The noise cancelling is another important feature of its functions which is really good.

    Good headset. Comfortable. Battery last a while. Easy to set up. App controls for sound, custom eq, noise cancellation sensitivity etc. LOVE the easy talk control – either tap and hold left ear, volume automatically goes lower and NC goes off to hear and talk OR auto talk, so as soon as you speak the volume lowers and NC turns off. Both are great!
    Only downside.. volume. Not as loud. I have a Sony ULT and the volume and bass on that one was way louder. So if sound volume and bass is what you want then maybe don’t buy this one but for me I never listen all the way up on volume so overall it works for me and can’t complain that it was over $100 less than my Sony ult.

    These work well. They are comfortable and sound good. The floating axis design works. The ear muffs as well as the adjustable padded headband feel nice. The customizable eq in the app takes tweaking but gives you full control for better audio. There are preset options for most genres. LDAC provides high quality audio as long as your device supports it. The transparency is adjustable as well as the nioise cancelling. There is even a wind setting. The buttons are customizable and easy to use and find. There is even an auxiliary port. They will allow you to connect to multiple devices and take calls while gaming or listening to music. They pause when taken off and then play when you put them on. The battery life is good. The weight isn't too heavy. The cables and travel bag seem nice. The downsides, if any, would be that the noise cancelling can go in and out. Also, the floating axis and adjustable headband are not flimsy but probably shouldn't be dropped or handled roughly. Big ears may feel tired after long sessions of wear. Good product.

    I was torn between the Black Friday deal on the Bose and Sony adaptive NC headphones ($80-200)
    I had previously tried the Sonys but took them back because of the fit.
    After a few weeks of research I settled on these- my decision was ultimately made after I saw a review in this section from a neurospicy person exclaiming how good they are for NC and how you can adust settings via the app (which Sony didn't offer).
    I AM SO GLAD I GOT THESE!
    •The fit is great. I have a smallish head, and they aren't too loose, and they go completely over my ear.
    I imagine they will be ok for sleeping but they will slip off in my sleep.
    •The noise canceling awesome and theres a feature in the app to turn it off or on when you talk (or cough). It almost completely muted out the documentary I was listening to at medium volume.
    •The app is amazing and offers section of sleep sounds like white noise, brain waves and relaxing melodies.

    I literally just unboxed them like an hour ago, will update if anything changes, but if you want a good pair of head phones to drown out a annoying neighbors or sounds to relax or focus- you should definitely get these.
    IMO they are better than the mid level Sony at a much better price!

    Wore them to wind down for bed- ended up fall asleep in them. They did not slip off, but I did sweat a bit. I saw in the specs that they are water resistant.
    Also had them on the majority of my shift yesterday- they do the job! Didn't slip off. They are a pretty comfortable set of headphones.

    Llevo algunos días usándolos, diciendo la verdad me gustaron. No tengo tanta experiencia con audífonos, son los primeros audifonos hi-res qué compro, anteriormente tenia unos audifonos de botón de la mitad del precio, pero quería algo de diadema y al investigar un rato decidí comprarme estos. Al menos personalmente si sentí mucho la diferencia en el audio, aunque no soy un audiofilo, no tengo ninguna referencia para establecer una puntuación objetiva, pero si puedo decir que si no eres demasiado exigente con el audio y solo quieres algo que suene bien y que sea funcional, podrías considerar este producto. Sin embargo, debo aclarar, para poder disfrutar de la máxima calidad de audio necesitas una aplicación de streaming qué te brinde música en alta calidad (no spotify, personalmente uso apple music pero tidal también serviría). Además, debes ser usuario de android (iphone no soporta el códec LDAC) y debes configurar tu teléfono, en ocasiones el audio en alta calidad o el codec LDAC no se activan automáticamente, yo lo configure en las configuraciones de bluethooht, no usen opciones de desarrollador, tienen que hacerlo en configuracion de bluethooht, y también deben configurarlo dentro dd la aplicación se soundcore y actualizar el firmare. Es un poco engorroso pero es más fácil de lo que suena.
    Uno de los puntos negativos es que esta hecho de plástico, completamente, pero pensaba que sería más débil, y de hecho se siente bastante robusto. Aun así, si no eres una persona cuidadosa, no deberías comprarlos, estos audifonos no son para llevártelos en la mochila o en una maleta, no viene ni siquiera con un estuche, la bolsa es muy mala, estos audifonos son para tenerlos en el escritorio y no moverlos.
    Otro punto negativo, estos audifonos parecen estar diseñados para usarse inalambricamente, entiendo que escatimen en gastos para entregar algo barato, pero no entiendo porque el cable jack 3.5 es tan delgado, de verdad, no lo uso mucho pero definitivamente parece que si lo uso en 3 meses se va a romper o algo. Si piensas usar mucho el cable, considera comprar uno propio de buena calidad.
    Son muy bonitos, estéticamente se ven muy bien, quizá este punto no sea tan útil pero por si a alguien le interesa saber.
    Este modelo a diferencia del Q45 tiene funciones especiales muy buenas para su precio, el poder escuchar tu entorno simplemente colocando la palma de tu mano en el auricular izquierdo, realmente no lo he usado y parece una funcion qué usas una vez cada 3 años, pero si alguien piensa usarla, es muy buena, puedes escucharte incluso a ti mismo susurrando.
    Como resumen, me gusto el producto, se que podría ser mejor, pero por lo que pagas obtienes algo de muy buena calidad.
